UI/UX Designer
We are actively seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design user interfaces that enhance overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating designs based on user feedback. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project goals and requirements.
Conduct user research to inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across various platforms.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and workflows.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Advocate for a user-first mindset and contribute to a positive and collaborative design culture.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field is preferred.
